These user terms and data policy govern your use of the Happiness Survey mobile and web application, website, and interactions with the project generally, as available.
USER TERMS
The Happiness Survey is owned and operated by Elizabeth Bullen, via Lyfecoin LLC, with all rights reserved.
Though creating daily gratitude and self-awareness habits may have health consequences, this platform is not a provider of medical advice.
By signing up to the Happiness Survey, you agree to be contacted about any updates to this, or other projects by Elizabeth Bullen, or Lyfecoin LLC.
Elizabeth Bullen and Lyfecoin LLC reserve the right to remove from public view any public-facing content esteemed to be unaligned with the intent of the platform.
PLATFORM SAFETY
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform.
All users are reminded to be safe online and be mindful of the real world risk of online interaction.
This app explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). If you see anything not right on the platform, please contact customer support.
DATA POLICY
All data entered and saved through the Happiness Survey will be saved and stored on a database managed by Adalo.com, and visible to Elizabeth Bullen, or any other person with permissions to manage the platform as so assigned through Elizabeth Bullen or Lyfecoin LLC.
All guest survey responses are public and will be publicly listed unless removed by Elizabeth Bullen at her discretion based on esteemed relevance to the platform intent.
All survey responses created under login by account holders are private, unless the account holder agrees to public sharing.
Account holders have the option to share or unshare posts, delete posts, and delete their accounts from the platform, or by contacting customer service. Guest posts are uneditable.
Lyfecoin LLC reserves the right to remove the Happiness Survey from public use at any time for any reason.
This agreement does not nullify or supersede any existing confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements, or intellectual property protections which are separate from these terms.
