Lyfecoin App: Account Deletion

Lyfecoin account holders have the option to delete their accounts from within the platform, or by submitting the form above. To delete your account yourself in the app, navigate to the ‘edit profile’ section after account login. If you would like to delete your account, your user account information will be archived, your email will become inactive, and your username will be deleted. Your public and private posts will not be deleted, however you can delete them manually prior to deleting your account. You may be able to partially recover a deleted account, but this may change in the future as the data management structure of the platform evolves. Any public post that you do not manually delete may remain visible on the platform.

Happiness Survey: Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account on the Happiness Survey, your account information, including email, password, username, full name, and age verification will be immediately deleted. Your public and private posts will not be deleted, however you can delete them manually prior to deleting your account. Deleted posts will retain posting data such as date posted, but all content and personally identifiable information will be scrubbed. Deleting posts and deleting accounts are final and no account or post will be recoverable.

You can delete your account yourself in the app by navigating to the ‘edit profile’ section after account login, or send a message requesting account deletion. Please note that requesting account deletion will delete your account and not your posts. Any public post that you do not manually delete may remain visible on the platform.
