Lyfecoin User Terms
and Data Policy

[NOTICE: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT VULNERABILITIES HAVE BEEN FOUND IN THE ADALO PLATFORM UPON WHICH THE SOFTWARE APPLICATION HAS BEEN BUILT. STEPS ARE BEING TAKEN TO ADDRESS AND REMEDIATE THE SITUATION. THIS MIGHT IMPACT THE DATA OF ANY USER OF ANY VERSION OF THE APP BETWEEN 2022-2025.]
These user terms and data policy govern your use of the Lyfecoin mobile and web application, website, and interactions with the project generally, and governs your use of any and all Lyfecoin surfaces whether accessing them through an account you created, an account you accessed, without an account, or by any other means.
These user terms and data policy were drafted by Elizabeth Bullen, who is not a lawyer, and will be revised when I get a lawyer.
LYFECOIN USER TERMS
This app is not made for children. The minimum age is 18. The Lyfecoin app has and will have social features that enable users to share freeform content or communicate to large groups of people. Please remember to be safe online and be aware of the real world risk of online interactions.
Lyfecoin is a community of people who are coming to a shared space to learn and exchange ideas about health and happiness, and adopt new habits.
If you see any content or behaviors that you feel violate these two principles, or if you have any other problems with the platform, contact Lyfecoin customer support. There are also safety and anonymous app feedback ticket features available in the mobile app that you are invited to use to submit feedback.
All ads on the platform are currently reviewed and pre-approved by Lyfecoin. However, if you see any ads that are inappropriate or age-inappropriate, please report that as well through the same channels.
All sales on the platform are final. The platform itself is not for sale.
All accounts which are created for legal, compliance, testing, or other review to which you have been offered a limited access and use are owned and managed by Lyfecoin LLC or by Elizabeth A. Bullen. Please do not upload personal or sensitive content to these accounts, or engage in community behaviors with these accounts. These accounts are meant to enable compliance, legal services, or similar. Elizabeth A. Bullen and Lyfecoin LLC reserve the right to remove your access to the account, delete the account, or change the password to the account at any time and for any reason.
PLATFORM SAFETY
This app explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). If you see anything not right on the platform, please contact customer support.
LYFECOIN USAGE AGREEMENT
All website, software, or other platform intellectual property, inclusive of any designs, operating architectures and processes, names, logos, content, or otherwise, is the property of Elizabeth Bullen. You are provided access to this intellectual property via Lyfecoin LLC. However, you are not granted the rights to any patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, or any other protectable asset of the business or under management of the business. All rights are reserved.
Some parts of the Lyfecoin platform may only be available to you by means of creating and/or accessing an account. For usage terms specific to your Lyfecoin account, please refer to this and any other cited agreement.

Lyfecoin does not provide medical advice.
Information, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images and other material contained in or on any Lyfecoin surface, inclusive of digital platform, marketing material, content or other any other access points, are for informational or inspirational purposes only. No material is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on Lyfecoin.
LYFECOIN DATA POLICY
All stored user data is currently managed by either Elizabeth A. Bullen or authorized persons under Lyfecoin LLC on surfaces dedicated to the purposes of offering goods and services, managing operations, marketing, or other operational functions. Some data is or will be shared with and between external platforms, such as payment data, access to your device’s photo library or camera, etc, to enable these platforms to provide services to you. As regards the account-based software application, third-party data sharing touchpoints have been flagged with signage in the app. If you sign up for a newsletter - in person, online, by creating a user account, or otherwise, your information will be stored on a surface managed by Elizabeth A. Bullen or Lyfecoin LLC.
Lyfecoin has access to all of your uploaded, entered, shared and created data. Currently, that is managed by Elizabeth Bullen and Lyfecoin LLC, who is doing the best to be respectful, but is exposed to user data as part of product development or management.
Account holders have the option to delete their accounts from within the platform, or by contacting customer support. To delete your account yourself in the app, navigate to the ‘edit profile’ section after account login. If you would like to delete your account, your user account information will be archived, your email will become inactive, and your username will be deleted. Your public and private posts will not be deleted, however you can delete them manually prior to deleting your account. You may be able to partially recover a deleted account, but this may change in the future as the data management structure of the platform evolves. Any public post that you do not manually delete may remain visible on the platform.
By signing up for an account on the Lyfecoin app, you accept to receive communications from Lyfecoin. This might include information related to your account, or information about launches and new features on the platform. You may be able to unsubscribe to some newsletter lists by unsubscribing through the mail service.
This agreement does not nullify or supersede any existing confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements, or intellectual property protections which are separate from these terms.
